How Our Service Process Works

We keep our process simple, clear, and supportive so families and individuals can receive the right service without stress. Whether you are applying for our Personal Care Home or the Independent Living Housing Program, our team guides you through each step with care and professionalism.


1. Select Services

Your first step is to use our Select Services form to choose the type of program you are interested in. This gives us the information we need to understand your situation, whether you are seeking daily care or simply an affordable and safe place to stay.

This step helps us gather important details such as who the service is for, their level of independence, and the type of support they might need.


2. Consultation and Needs Review

After we receive your submission, a coordinator reaches out to schedule a consultation. During this conversation, we go through your information more deeply.
We discuss the individual’s daily living abilities, current housing situation, medical considerations, preferences, and goals.
For Personal Care Home inquiries, we review what type of assistance is needed each day.
For Independent Housing, we confirm that the person is fully independent and able to safely manage their own routines.
This step helps us ensure a correct and safe placement.


3. Eligibility Confirmation and Program Match

Once we have completed the review, our team identifies which program is the best fit.
If the individual needs daily assistance with personal care, medication reminders, regular meals, and supervision, they qualify for the Personal Care Home.
If the individual is fully independent with bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication management, they qualify for the Independent Living Housing Program.
We then check availability in the home and determine which room and location match the resident’s needs and timeline.


4. Payment and Reservation

When eligibility is confirmed and the correct program is selected, the next step is payment.
We provide a clear breakdown of the monthly rate, any required deposit, and what the fee includes.
Once payment is completed, the room is officially reserved. This ensures the space is held for the resident and ready for move in.
This step gives families confidence that everything is secured and prepared.


5. Move In and Orientation

On move in day, residents are welcomed into a clean, prepared living space.
For Personal Care Home residents, caregivers introduce routines, review safety practices, explain meal schedules, and assist with settling in.
For Independent Housing residents, we provide a walkthrough of the home, review house guidelines, and ensure they understand amenities, shared spaces, and available support.
The goal is to create a smooth transition into a stable and comfortable environment.


6. Continued Support and Communication

Our relationship with residents and families does not end on move in day.
Personal Care Home residents receive consistent daily support, structured care, meals, and medication reminders.
Independent Housing residents receive a safe, well maintained home with ongoing communication available.
Families and residents can always reach out if anything changes or if additional support is needed.
We remain committed to maintaining comfort, respect, and stability for every individual we serve.
