What services does The Beverly Estates provide?
We provide Personal Care Home services which include hands on assistance, meals, medication reminders, and a safe licensed environment. We also offer an Independent Living Housing Program designed for fully independent adults who do not require personal care or supervision.
Who qualifies for the Personal Care Home?
This service is for seniors and adults who need assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and medication reminders. An assessment is completed to ensure the Personal Care Home fits the resident’s support needs.
Who qualifies for the Independent Living Housing Program?
This program is for individuals who can care for themselves independently. Residents must manage their own mobility, medications, and daily living tasks. Anyone needing hands on care must be placed in the Personal Care Home instead.
What is included in the Personal Care Home?
Residents receive meals, laundry, housekeeping, medication reminders, hands on assistance with personal needs, and supervised support in a licensed and structured environment.
What is included in the Independent Housing Program?
Residents receive a furnished shared room, utilities, WiFi, meals, laundry access, and a clean and well maintained home environment. This program does not include personal care or daily assistance.
Do you provide meals for Independent Housing residents?
Yes. Meals are included as part of the housing program. However, residents must still be independent with daily tasks such as bathing, mobility, and medication management.
Do you allow visitors?
Yes. Visitors are welcome during posted hours. All guests must follow the home’s rules to respect the safety and comfort of all residents.
Are background checks required?
Yes. A basic background check is required for both programs to maintain a safe and secure environment.
How does pricing work?
Personal Care Home pricing:
Basic Care: $2,500 to $3,000
Mid Level Care: $3,500 to $4,000
Specialized Care: $4,000+

Independent Housing Program: Shared rooms start at $1,200 and include utilities, meals, laundry, and maintenance.
What items should residents bring?
Residents should bring clothing, personal toiletries, approved personal items, and any required medical supplies. The home provides furnishings and household essentials.
Can residents bring their own furniture?
Small personal items are welcome. Larger items depend on room availability. Contact us before move in for approval.
How long is the stay?
Stays can be short term or long term depending on the service. Independent Housing allows both temporary and ongoing stays. Personal Care Home residents may remain as long as their care needs match our license.
What if a resident’s needs increase over time?
If an independent resident becomes unable to live without support, we guide the family toward the Personal Care Home or an appropriate placement. If a Personal Care Home resident needs care beyond our license, we help arrange a higher level of care.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation is not provided. Families may arrange rides or use services like MARTA, Lyft, or caregiver transportation from agencies.
How do I apply?
You can apply online, schedule a consultation, or contact us by phone. Our team will review your needs and guide you to the correct program.
What is the difference between the two programs?
The Personal Care Home provides hands on daily support in a licensed setting. The Housing Program offers independent shared housing with no personal care services. Placement is based entirely on the resident’s level of independence.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Metro Atlanta and nearby Georgia communities.
How soon can someone move in?
Move in time depends on eligibility and availability. Many placements are completed within 24 to 72 hours after reviewing the application.
